About
Robin is a leading HR professional, thought leader in diversity equity and inclusion, qualified executive coach, and an engaging speaker and facilitator. She is driven to build healthy inclusive workplaces and is a passionate advocate for gender equity.
With a corporate career spanning three decades, she has firsthand experience of working in complex and diverse environments and fostering exceptional, award-winning places to work.
A chartered accountant by trade, Robin spent the first part of her career in finance before following her heart into HR where she was the People & Culture Director at Lion NZ and led their Retail business. During this time, Lion NZ’s culture was ranked in the top decile worldwide and she led, mentored and coached many women to success.
Subsequent to leaving Lion, Robin completed leadership contract roles at Stuff as People Director, and at Fonterra where she supported key diversity and inclusion initiatives across the global business.
After more than 30 years of corporate life, in 2022 Robin founded her own business, with an ambition to use her expertise to help organisations build exceptional places to work which can truly transform lives.
Robin holds a Workplace Inclusion Professional Accreditation, judges the Diversity NZ Awards and is a member of Gender At Work’s Advisory Board.
