Our Gender at Work Community offers an annual membership designed to help New Zealand organisations progress their journey to workplace gender equality in a safe and supportive space.

The community is a hub of resources, policy templates, contacts, events, advisory services - and the gateway to New Zealand’s only workplace gender equality accreditation, GenderTick.

What does it cost to join the Gender at Work Community?

We offer two Gender at Work Community membership pricing tiers, depending on the organisation’s size:

  • $4,000+GST for organisations with up to 250 employees per annum

  • $7,000+GST for organisations with over 250 employees per annum

Who can join the Gender at Work Community?

We welcome Kiwi organisations of all shapes and sizes.

There are currently no pre-requisites for joining the community, as or mission is to forge gender equality in all New Zealand workplaces.

  • Yes, that’s right. The GenderPledge and GenderTick are only available to our Gender at Work community members.

  • The full membership is the best value-for-money as you’ll have instant access to our entire policy and template library to download at your leisure. We also offer our members advisory services and support as they begin to implement strategies in their workplaces.

    That said, we do have a select few one-off packages that might suit your needs, here.

  • Of course! Register your interest by clicking sign up and we’ll get in touch. If you feel like the Gender at Work community isn’t the right fit after a quick chat, you’re welcome to change your mind before signing anything or making a payment.

  • We will invoice your organisation the full membership cost which can be paid through your preferred method.
