She is the founder of Futureful, New Zealand’s first values-led and skills-based recruitment platform.
As a gay and neurodiverse woman in business, Izzy brings unique insight into the importance of inclusive recruitment and the role diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) play in building future-ready organisations.
Futureful is on a mission to help future-proof organisations and mainstream corporate responsibility through radical transparency around company commitments.
In her role as a Guardian of The Aotearoa Circle, Izzy serves on the board as an Emerging Director. This organisation brings together public and private sector leaders to pursue sustainable prosperity and reverse the decline of New Zealand's natural resources.
