About
Hope is president of the Victoria University Disabled Student's Association and an award-winning advocate for the Deaf, disabled and rainbow communities. Her passions include inclusivity, accessibility and encouraging youth political engagement. She is also an aspiring writer and poet. Hope's work includes petitioning parliament for increased media accessibility, being a member of several advisory groups, and using her writing and public speaking to raise awareness about disability and LGBTQ+ inclusion. Despite multiple chronic illnesses, Hope continues to fight for better access to education, healthcare and church spaces.
