  • A great place to start is by taking the GenderStocktake. This will help you to identify any areas the organisation is already strong in as well as places to improve. You can do this as a one-off service at a cost, or for free if you join the Gender at Work community.

  • No, sorry! The GenderTick is reserved for our Gender at Work community members. Obtaining the GenderTick is an active process we walk organisations through and is best achieved with the support and resources available to the community.

  • The GenderTick and GenderPledge both signify an ongoing commitment to gender equality in the workplace and require some hands-on work. In our experience, both are best achieved with the support and resources available to the community.

  • This depends on the size of your organisation! Currently, our pricing stands at $4,000+GST per year for organisations with less than 250 people and $7,000 for organisations with 250 or more people.
